Out The Rut
You don't have to change your entire life today.
Start with one decision. One task. One habit. One day.
Practical challenges, guides and tools to help you stop drifting and start rebuilding—one day at a time.
No hype. No overnight-success promises. Just a place to start.
— day one is still day one.
Does this feel familiar?
But somehow you keep ending up back in the same place.
Maybe you don't need another motivational speech. Maybe you need a system you can actually follow.
A different approach
It's about finally becoming intentional about who you're becoming.
Out The Rut is a collection of practical tools designed around one simple idea:
Small actions repeated long enough begin to change how you see yourself.
Instead of trying to fix everything at once, we focus on the areas you can actually control today.
Take action instead of waiting to feel ready.
Create habits and systems that make progress easier.
Pay attention to what you're actually doing—not what you intended to do.
Use repeated action to build evidence of the person you're trying to become.
Start here
You don't need a 12-month master plan.
Give yourself 28 days.
The challenge helps you rebuild momentum through daily action, reflection, movement, reading, skill-building, and intentional choices.
The goal isn't perfection. The goal is proving to yourself that you can finish what you start.
Keep building
Sometimes the problem isn't motivation.
Sometimes it's your habits.
Sometimes it's money.
Sometimes it's the way you see yourself.
Sometimes you simply need a clearer starting point.
more tools coming — one at a time.

Today's main task
One thing I did well
One thing I need to improve
one page a day. that's it.
You don't need to remember every promise you made to yourself.
Put it somewhere you can see it.
Then show up.
You're building a new identity.
Not ready for 28 days?
Get the FREE 3-DAY OUT THE RUT CHALLENGE and spend the next three days doing something different.
No massive commitment.
No perfect routine.
Just three days of intentional action.
Why I built this
Out The Rut wasn't created because I figured everything out.
It came from understanding what it feels like to have ideas, goals, responsibilities, and things you want to change—while still finding yourself stuck in familiar cycles.
I'm building these tools around the things I'm learning, practicing, tracking, and applying in my own life.
That's why I don't want Out The Rut to feel like someone standing above you telling you how to live.
Think of it as someone walking beside you saying:
"I'm working on mine too. Let's get moving."

Follow the journey
I'm not just asking other people to take the challenge.
I'm documenting my own 28 days—the workouts, reading, food choices, lessons, progress, setbacks, and what I learn about myself along the way.
This isn't a before-and-after highlight reel.
It's the middle.

The question is what you'll have to show for them.
One task. One habit. One day at a time.
